Henry has more than 20 years of experience in investment banking, private equity and venture capital. Henry started his career in Smith Barney in New York City (now Citigroup Inc.’s Global Corporate & Investment Banking Group, previously Salomon Smith Barney) in the Asset-Backed Securities group within the Investment Banking practice.
After Smith Barney, he joined the Investment Banking team in the New York office of Banco Bilbao Vizcaya, S.A. (BBV). After BBV, he co-founded Phoenix Capital with ex-colleagues at Smith Barney to focus on executing transportation related asset-based financing transactions.
He co-founded OptiPhar, a fin-tech start-up that focused on acquisition and securitization of adjudicated pharmacy receivables. He also co-founded GTLpetrol that planned to build, own and operate multi-billion-dollar industrial complexes that would convert natural gas to synthetic petroleum.
Henry holds a M.B.A. in Finance and Technology from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business of New York University and a B.S.E in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
